Tis the season for ugly Christmas sweaters, holiday treats and wacky gifts. The staff at Hillcrest HRC welcomed in the holidays on Thursday night with their annual Christmas party. Throughout the facility, red, green and gold colors were everywhere. Bells and ribbons hung from garland and there were decorative pieces covered in holiday wrapping paper.

During the celebration, they all laughed and enjoyed each other’s company, exchanged presents and devoured the delicious treats they baked. Each gift seemed to go over the top with Christmas spirit and at one point, an employee received a giant Frosty the Snowman head. It was one of the highlights of the evening and the already close-knit staff grew even closer, which means wonderful things for 2018.

“We have the greatest group of employees anyone could ask for,” Administrator Gail Gibbs said. “They are dedicated, hardworking, love their residents, and they enjoy working with each other. A fun loving, happy group that brings joy to our residents.”
