Happy Administrator’s Week to Gail Wilson Gibbs at Hillcrest Health and Rehabilitation Center. This has been a very tough week for Administrators in Long-Term Care. In true Gail fashion she immediately jumped into action. She didn’t blink an eye as she tackled the daily and sometimes hourly challenges.
In light of this week’s events, several providers have expressed how impressed they have been with this facility. One provider said, “you all have got it all together over there!” The residents, staff, and family members are blessed beyond measure to have Gail on their side. Thank you for more than 21 years of excellent leadership.
