Big Shout Out to Christopher Vulgamore!!! Chris is a great guy, who came in with the willingness to work hard so he could return home to his lovely wife as quickly as possible. He received short term rehab to help him with strengthening, balance and endurance so he could return to independence with his normal daily activities and mobility. He received PT and OT and upon discharge was able to walk with a cane and complete daily activities independently.
